Uniquely located along the Darwin city Esplanade location; we are right along the popular Mitchell Street with all of Darwin's popular food and drink venues conveniently close by. This apartment is exclusive to two apartments per floor with two secured garage car parking. Walking distance to the impressive Darwin Entertainment Center and the Darwin Waterfront Precinct surrounded by parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and Beach Lagoon that is perfect for both relaxing and adventurous holidays. Also, the Darwin Waterfront Precinct is home to the Darwin Convention Centre making this area convenient hosting VIP guest and as a Corporate conference accommodation.

Guest Access
Just to make the check-in more convenient for you, we will leave the keys in a lock-box which is located off-site close by the building premise. A Guest Information Sheet will be provided to all guests a week before arrival. Further details and instructions to access the lockbox and code will be given to guest on the day of arrival.
You will be able to check-in from 2pm and check-out is 10am.
NOTE: Darwin is notorious for red-eye flights, so do let us know what your flight arrangements are and we can recommend some suitable options to fit your needs.

The apartment was clean, spacious & well equipped - all the comforts you would expect at home. The building secure and had excellent facilities, the pool was great for the kids and it is located close to all the major attractions and shops.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The pictures are all true and it is a beautiful place. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and the place is huge! you can walk to the wharf, and downtown to restaurants. Ben, the host, is easily reached and very helpful. If I return to Darwin, I would definitely stay here again.
